The hotel is in a lovely quiet area perfect for our visit to the royal albert hall. We were even checked in early which was an added bonus. We look forward to stating again.

The breakfast wasn't worth the money.
The location is excellent, central, but nice quiet street.
Hotel is far more dated interior wise than is shown in the pictures online.
Proximity to Royal Albert Hall the prime consideration. An excellent hotel into the bargain was a bonus.
Late evening opening of restaurant. A pre-theatre meal provision at, say, 5.00 pm, would be valued.
Huge room. Very quiet despite central location. We were attending an event at the Albert Hall very convenient for this. Have already re-booked for our next event there.
lovely room - very comfortable
we were disappointed that the bar and restaurant was not open later on the Sunday night
It's proximity to the Albert Hall. Good size bedroom/bathroom.
It's outdated and somewhat shoddy decor. Very old fashioned TV.
24 hour reception and looking after my bag for the day after checking out
